The Story
An ordinary afternoon.
An extraordinary
interrogation.
On June 3, 2017, 25-year-old Reality Winner returns home to find two FBI agents waiting. Using the unedited dialogue from the real recording, Tina Satter turns a moment of recent American history into a taut, intimate chamber piece.
Watch on HBO Max“A forceful gut punch of cinema vérité.”
